We are a 501(c)3, Michigan non-profit with the mission of restoring stressed and burned-out people to vibrancy by equipping them with tools and strategies to help them feel better fast. 

Our team of stress professionals work with individuals and teams in high-stress community occupations or leadership positions to help them break the stress-burnout- illness - turnover cycle.

We believe staff who possess the skills to regulate and maintain emotional vitality bring their best selves to their positions of service.
